As our Mediating and Arbitrating FINRA Claims program is coming up, we wanted to shine the spotlight on our outstanding panel.
Our first panelist, Phil Aidikoff, is a Partner of Aidikoff, Uhl & Bakhtiari, an AV rated firm which has represented customers, executives and brokers in claims against the Financial Services Industry for more than 30 years.
Our second panelist, Robert Logan, is a Mediator at Logan Mediation. After retiring his law practice in 2005, he mediates claims by former customers of securities broker dealers or broker dealer related employment issues.
Our moderator, James Astuno Jr., is an owner/founder of Astuno Law PC and serves as the Vice-Chair of the ADR Section Executive Committee for the San Diego Bar Association. Mr. Astuno previously served as an officer in the United States Marine Corp and continues to serve as a United States Marine Corps Reserve Major.
